Sales Manager
Linda Diviaio has been with YourOffice Lake Mary/Heathrow since June of 2009. Linda is the Sales & Marketing Manager of YourOffice Lake Mary/Heathrow. With over 20 years of experience in the executive suite industry, Linda loves working with people and helping them make good business decisions on their office and business needs. Linda loves to share her knowledge with actively marketing her offices and business services to the real estate community as well as local area businesses. Linda is also an active member with the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Operations Manager
Rebecca Stalvey has worked for YourOffice since August of 2008. After serving as operations manager for the Downtown-Orlando location she took on the new venture in opening our Lake Mary location as operations manager. Her prior career history always focused on providing exceptional customer service, which she continues here in her current roll with YourOffice. Throughout the day Rebecca assists clients with various needs from proof reading word documents to preparing excel databases. She also performs the daily operational duties of the center from making sure conference rooms are set and ready for meetings to making each clients work area equipped with phone, internet, and any other daily operational need.
Client Services
Taylor Rayl joined the YourOffice team at the opening of the Lake Mary location in the fall of 2009. As the Client Services Representative, she serves primarily as the welcoming face and voice for each client. Taylor greets each visitor as they enter the office space, answers all incoming phone calls, and schedules the conference rooms for meetings. She also acts as an assistant to the operations manager by contacting service providers, setting up wireless accounts, managing incoming faxes, and completing other miscellaneous tasks and projects that arise. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Taylor recently moved to Orlando after completing her undergraduate degree at Furman University.
